I, Arjun Kumar, S/o Ramesh Kumar, Religion: Hindu, aged about 35 years, Occupation: Businessman, R/o 123, Green Park, New Delhi, do hereby solemnly affirm and state on oath as follows:
- I am the plaintiff in the suit and the petitioner herein, and I am well acquainted with the facts of the case.
- The suit stands posted today for further evidence on my behalf. However, my witness is suffering from fever and is unable to attend before the Hon’ble Court to give evidence.
- As a result, I am unable to examine the witness today. There is no willful default or negligence on my part in this regard.
Hence, I therefore pray that the Hon’ble Court may be pleased to adjourn the suit for 20 days from today.
Else, I will be put to irreparable loss.
