I, Arjun Kumar, S/o Ramesh Kumar, Hindu, aged about 35 years, Occupation: Businessman, R/o 123, Green Park, New Delhi, do hereby solemnly affirm and state on oath as follows:
- I am the plaintiff in the suit and the petitioner herein, and I am well acquainted with the facts of the case.
- I submit that my advocate was unavailable to argue the matter as he had gone to Hyderabad. Consequently, the Hon’ble Court closed the arguments and posted the suit for judgment.
- If arguments are not heard on my behalf, I will be subjected to injustice. My advocate is now available and prepared to argue the matter.
Hence, I therefore pray that the Hon’ble Court may be pleased to re-open the matter and permit the petitioner to advance the arguments.
Else, I will be put to irreparable loss.
