For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the petitioner respectfully prays that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to appoint an Advocate-Commissioner to examine and settle the accounts of the partnership firm and file his report for the purpose of passing a final decree, and to pass such other order or orders as the Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice.

I, Arjun Kumar, S/o Ramesh Kumar, Hindu, aged about 35 years, Occupation: Businessman, R/o 123, Green Park, New Delhi, do hereby solemnly affirm and state on oath as follows:
- I am the plaintiff in the suit and petitioner herein, and I am well acquainted with the facts of the case.
- I submit that I filed the suit for dissolution of the partnership firm and for finalization of accounts. The Hon’ble Court, after due trial, has passed a preliminary decree with a further direction for finalization of accounts.
- In pursuance of the preliminary decree, the respondent/defendant Neha Sharma has to render accounts. At this juncture, I pray that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to appoint an Advocate-Commissioner for the purpose of examining and finalizing the accounts of the said partnership firm and file a report for the purpose of passing the final decree.
- Hence, I respectfully pray that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to appoint an Advocate-Commissioner to examine and finalize the partnership firm’s accounts, and to file his report to facilitate the passing of a final decree in accordance with the law.
Else, I will be put to irreparable loss.
