Neha Sharma
…Decree Holder (DHR)
Vs.
Arjun Kumar
…Judgment Debtor (JDR)
Affidavit
I, Neha Sharma, D/o Rajesh Sharma, Hindu, aged about 33 years, Businesswoman, residing at H.No. 45, South Extension, New Delhi, do hereby solemnly affirm and state as follows:
- I am the Decree Holder in the above Execution Petition and the petitioner herein, and I am well acquainted with the facts of the case.
- I submit that I have filed E.P. No. 30/2025 for sale of the E.P. schedule property in O.S. No. 1024/2024, which was decreed in my favour. The sale proclamation has been published and the sale is scheduled to take place today.
- However, due to a severe cyclone and continuous rains for the last two days, interested bidders have not been able to reach the sale venue. In these circumstances, it is in the interest of justice to adjourn the sale for 10 days to ensure transparency and fair participation.
- If the sale proceeds today under these adverse weather conditions, it is likely to result in poor participation and an undervalued sale, causing irreparable loss to me as the decree holder.
- Hence, I respectfully request this Hon’ble Court to adjourn the sale by ten days.
