I, Neha Sharma, D/o ………… (assumed omitted for privacy), aged about 35 years, Hindu by religion, Businesswoman by occupation, residing at 123, Green Park, New Delhi, do hereby solemnly affirm and state on oath as follows:
- I am the Judgment Debtor (JDR) in the above Execution Petition and petitioner herein. I am well acquainted with the facts of the case.
- The Decree Holder (DHR), Arjun Kumar, has filed the E.P. for recovery of the decretal amount and has brought my property, as described in the E.P. schedule, for sale.
- Today, I am depositing Rs. 10,000 towards part payment of the decretal amount. However, I am currently suffering from typhoid fever, and due to my medical condition, I am unable to arrange the remaining amount immediately.
- I submit that I come from an agricultural background, and agriculture is my sole livelihood. If the scheduled property is sold, I will be left with no means to sustain my family.
- I am fully prepared and committed to pay the remaining decretal amount within two months.
Therefore, I respectfully pray that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to adjourn the sale and grant two months’ time for making full payment of the decretal amount, in the interest of justice.
Else, I will suffer irreparable loss and hardship.
