1. I am the plaintiff herein and I am well acquainted with the facts of thecase.
2. I submit that I have filed copy application for grant of certified copies of decree and judgment to prefer appeal, on for the C.A pay the court fees on or before The Hon’ble court called As I am suffering with fever I am unable to pay the said court fees in time. The Hon’ble court struck-off the C.A for non payment of court fees. Yesterday I came to know that the C.A was struck-off on There is no wilful negligance or delay in payment of the Court fees. I am herewith filing the said court fees for grant of the certified copies.
