This agreement executed at Allahabad on this the 12th day of June 2025 between

Mr. Ramesh Kumar Singh S/o Mr. Shyam Lal Singh aged 38 years residing at 45, Civil Lines, Allahabad (hereinafter referred to as “SELLER”, which term shall include his heirs and legal representatives) of the One part

And

Mr. Vikram Sharma S/o Mr. Anil Sharma aged about 35 years residing at 102, Rajapur Colony, Allahabad (hereinafter referred to as “PURCHASER”, which term shall include his heirs and legal representatives) of the Other part,

whereas it is agreed as follows:-

1. The SELLER has offered to sell the Maruti Suzuki Swift Dzire vehicle (more fully described in the schedule hereunder) Bearing Registration No. UP70 AB 1234 for a sum of Rs. 5,50,000/- (Rupees Five Lakh Fifty Thousand Only) and the PURCHASER has accepted and agreed to purchase the said vehicle for the said amount on “as is where is” conditions.
2. The PURCHASER had approached M/s Shriram Transport Finance Company Limited (hereinafter referred as FINANCIER) for financial assistance to purchase the vehicle described in the schedule mentioned hereunder.
3. The SELLER hereby agrees to immediately hand over, deliver the documents pertaining to the vehicle viz., Original Registration Certificate, Permit, Tax Card, Certificate of Insurance and Appropriate forms (Forms prescribed under the Motor Vehicle Rules) on receipt of the full sale consideration in respect of the vehicle to the FINANCIER only.
4. The PURCHASER hereby covenants that he will not dispute the conditions of the vehicle once he takes delivery of the same.
5. The PURCHASER further agrees and undertakes that he will transfer the Ownership of the vehicle in his name within a reasonable period and also transfer the certificate of insurance, permit, etc., in his name.
6. The SELLER hereby covenants that any debt or liability in connection to the vehicle originated prior to the date of this agreement shall be paid by the SELLER.
7. The PURCHASER hereby covenants that any debt or liability in connection to the vehicle which accrues subsequent to the date of this Agreement shall be paid by the PURCHASER herein; similarly any insurance claim arising out of the accident that occurs subsequent to the date of this agreement may be claimed, settled by the PURCHASER as per law.
