This is to inform you that a General Meeting of the Shiv Shakti Housing Co-operative Society Ltd.
(Registration No. UP/HS/4412, dated 18/11/1991) has been scheduled to be held on 20/06/2025 at Community Hall, Sector 4, Shiv Shakti Nagar, Prayagraj at 11:00 AM.
The purpose of this meeting is to consider the proposal for division of the Society into two independent entities, due to administrative and logistical challenges in managing the extended membership base.
The agenda of the meeting and the proposed resolution containing all particulars of the division — including the proposed division of assets and liabilities — are enclosed herewith.
Please treat this letter as formal notice under Section 15/16 of the U.P. Co-operative Societies Act, 1965.
