I, Mr. Rajesh Kumar, son of Shri Mohan Kumar, resident of LandMark Consultancy Services, Lendi Baugh Complex, Near Sub-Registrar Office, Kurnool – 518 003 am the absolute owner and in possession of House No. 45, situated at Rosewood Avenue, New Delhi.
WHEREAS, having attained old age (aged about 75 years) and foreseeing possible disputes over my property after my death, I am desirous to make some arrangement for the maintenance and welfare of my widowed daughter-in-law, Smt. Sunita Kumar, wife of Late Sri Ajay Kumar, residing at 45 Rosewood Avenue, New Delhi.
NOW, THIS DEED OF GIFT WITNESSES THAT:
- Out of my natural love and affection for my said daughter-in-law and of my free will, without any force, compulsion or undue influence, I hereby gift the entire above-noted premises, more particularly House No. 45, situated at Rosewood Avenue, New Delhi, to my daughter-in-law, Smt. Sunita Kumar, for her lifetime.
- She shall have the full right to possess, use, and enjoy all benefits, profits, and interests arising from the said property during her lifetime.
- Upon the death of my said widowed daughter-in-law, the said property shall revert to my legal heirs, namely my son Mr. Rajesh Kumar and daughter Ms. Priya Kumar, to be divided amongst them in equal shares.
- I have already placed my daughter-in-law in possession of the said property gifted to her, and from this date, I cease to have any right, title, or claim in respect of the gifted property.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have executed and signed this Gift Deed on this 5th day of June, 2025, at New Delhi.
