Sold to Sri Manoj Reddy, S/o Subba Reddy, R/o Village Chinthala, Tehsil Dhone, Kurnool District this 15th day of June, 2025 at Kurnool my crops grown on 10 acres in field Nos. 45 and 46 in the farm popularly known as Green Valley Farm, situated in village Chinthala, Tehsil Dhone, District Kurnool, to be harvested and reaped by the vendee aforementioned on payment of sale consideration of Rs. 1,50,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Fifty Thousand only), the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge.
The vendee aforementioned undertakes and declares to remove the said crop from the aforesaid land on or before 30th September, 2025, and to quit the land in the same vacant condition as usual, for the purpose of the cultivation of the said land for the next crops.
