DEED OF RECTIFICATION

This DEED OF RECTIFICATION is executed at Allahabad this the 3rd day of June 2025 between Mr. Naseeruddin Khan, S/o Late Shri Moinuddin Khan, residing at House No. 42/3, G.T.B. Nagar, Kareli, Allahabad – 211016, hereinafter referred to as the RECTIFIER/VENDOR, which term includes his successors and assigns of the ONE PART:

UNITY PUBLIC SCHOOL, through Dr. Syed Haider Abbas, S/o Shri Syed Raza Abbas, residing at Unity Public School, A-Block, G.T.B. Nagar, near Bank of Baroda, Kareli, Allahabad – 211016, and having its registered office at LandMark Consultancy Services, Lendi Baugh Complex, Near Sub-Registrar Office, Kurnool – 518003, hereinafter referred to as the PURCHASER, which term includes its heirs, executors, administrators, representatives and assigns of the OTHER PART.

WHEREAS the property more fully described in the Schedule hereunder was sold by the Rectifier/Vendor in favour of the Purchaser herein in and by sale deed dated 13.09.2005 and registered as Document No. 3846, Sr. No. 943, Page No. 464/252, of Book 1 Volume (insert volume), filed at pages (insert page range) on the file of the Sub Registrar of Allahabad, hereinafter referred to as the Principal Deed.

WHEREAS in the Principal Deed dated 13.09.2005, in line 12 of page No. 1, and in line 4 of page 2, the Survey number of the property was wrongly typed as “1067” instead of “1068 and 1068-A”.

WHEREAS this typographical error has come to the knowledge of the above said Purchaser, and he requested the Rectifier/Vendor to rectify the same.

NOW THIS DEED OF RECTIFICATION WITNESSETH AS FOLLOWS:

That in the Principal Deed dated 13.09.2005, in line 12 of page No. 1, and in line 4 of page No. 2, the Survey number of the property conveyed is wrongly typed as “1067”, which is now rectified as “1068 and 1068-A” by this Deed of Rectification.

That as rectified as aforesaid, the Principal Sale Deed shall remain in full force and effect.

That no consideration has been received by the RECTIFIER/VENDOR for executing this Deed of Rectification.
