LET IT BE KNOWN TO ALL that I, Mrs. Shanti Devi, aged about 68 years, W/o Late Shri Shyam Prasad, R/o LandMark Consultancy Services, Lendi Baugh Complex, Near Sub-Registrar Office, Kurnool – 518 003, do hereby on this 15th day of June, 2025, declare as follows:
WHEREAS the executant, having an account with State Bank of India, Civil Lines Branch, Allahabad, and also having a credit balance of Rs. 12,00,000/- in her account, has withdrawn a sum of Rs. 5,00,000/- out of which she is anxious to make a gift to her minor grandson, Master Arjun Prasad, S/o Mr. Rajesh Prasad, R/o 123, Gandhi Nagar, Allahabad, which is accepted by the father of the minor grandson acting as his natural guardian.
THE DECLARATION THEREFORE WITNESSES AS FOLLOWS:
- That I have gifted the sum of Rs. 5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs Only) out of love and natural affection for my grandson, desiring that he should be brought up in a dignified manner and according to the status of the family in which he is born.
- That I also declare that the gifted amount is irrevocably the property of my minor grandson, Master Arjun Prasad, without any kind of benefit reserved for me, the executant.
- That the gifted amount has been accepted by the father of the said grandson, Mr. Rajesh Prasad, acting as natural guardian of the minor.
- That the income accruing to the minor out of the gifted amount, whether by way of interest, profit or otherwise, shall be the exclusive income of the said minor grandson, in which the father or mother of the donee shall have no interest whatsoever.
