KNOW ALL MEN by these presents that I, Mr. Suresh Chand, S/o Late Shri Gopal Chand, R/o LandMarq Conveyancing and Legal, Lendi Baugh Complex, Near Sub-Registrar Office, Kurnool – 518 003, (hereinafter called the “Donor”), do hereby freely, voluntarily, and out of natural love and affection, transfer by way of gift to Mr. Rahul Verma, S/o Shri Mahesh Verma, R/o 55, Green Avenue, Jodhpur, Rajasthan (hereinafter called the “Donee”), my plot of land bearing Plot No. 118, situated at Pushkar Valley, Ajmer District, Rajasthan, measuring 2.3 Acres in entirety, valued at present at Rs. 46,00,000 (Rupees Forty-Six Lakhs Only).
To hold the same absolutely, unto and to the use of the aforesaid Donee, his heirs, successors, and assigns, forever and without any condition or claim.
