GIFT OF A SHOP

THIS DEED OF GIFT is made on this 5th day of January, 2025, between Mr. Ramesh Bhandari, S/o Late Shri D.K. Bhandari, R/o LandMarq Conveyancing and Legal, Lendi Baugh Complex, Near Sub-Registrar Office, Kurnool – 518 003, (hereinafter called the “Donor”) of the one part,
AND
Mr. Ankit Bhandari, S/o Shri Ramesh Bhandari, R/o 76, MG Road, Indore, Madhya Pradesh (hereinafter called the “Donee”) of the other part.

RECITALS

WHEREAS the Donor is the absolute owner and in possession of the commercial premises described in the Schedule hereunder, and is desirous of gifting the same to the Donee, his son, out of natural love and affection, and without any consideration.

NOW THIS DEED OF GIFT WITNESSES AS FOLLOWS:

  1. That the Donor, out of his free will, natural love and affection, and without any coercion, pressure, or undue influence, hereby gifts, conveys, and transfers the property described in the Schedule below to the Donee to hold and possess absolutely, along with all rights, title, interest, and liabilities attached to the said shop.
  2. That the Donee hereby accepts the said gift and takes possession of the shop as the absolute owner thereof.
  3. That henceforth, the Donor and his legal heirs or representatives shall have no claim, interest, or right in the said gifted property.

  • Current Market Value: ₹15,50,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Lakhs Fifty Thousand only)
  • Ownership Basis: Registered Sale Deed No. 3492/2018 dated 15th July, 2018

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Donor has hereunto set his hand and signed this Deed of Gift at Indore on the 5th day of January, 2025, in the presence of the witnesses mentioned below, and the Donee has also signed in acceptance thereof. <br>
