GIFT OF CHARITY

This Deed of Gift is made on this 15th day of June, 2025, between:

Mr. Rajesh Prasad, son of Late Shri Shyam Prasad, resident of LandMark Consultancy Services, Lendi Baugh Complex, Near Sub-Registrar Office, Kurnool – 518 003. (hereinafter referred to as “the Donor”),

AND

Shree Gayatri Mandir, situated at Chowk, Allahabad, through its manager Mr. Suresh Kumar, son of Late Shri Harish Chandra, resident of 234, Civil Lines, Allahabad (hereinafter referred to as “the Donee”).

WHEREAS:

  1. The Donor is the absolute owner and in possession of the property more particularly described in the Schedule annexed hereto.
  2. The Donor is a great devotee of Goddess Gayatri and is desirous of making a gift of the said property in favour of Shree Gayatri Mandir for charitable and religious purposes.

NOW THIS DEED WITNESSES AS FOLLOWS:

  1. That the Donor hereby gifts, grants, conveys, and transfers the property described in the Schedule hereto, presently valued at Rs. 10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakhs Only), in favour of the Donee, to have and to hold the same as dedicated and endowed property, subject to the condition that the property shall not be alienated, transferred, or sold, except in case of necessity, and the income derived therefrom shall solely be used for the maintenance and activities of the said Mandir.
  2. That the Donee accepts the said gift along with the conditions mentioned herein and hereby acknowledges having taken physical possession of the property as detailed in the Schedule.

SCHEDULE REFERRED TO ABOVE:

All that piece and parcel of land admeasuring 2,500 sq. ft., situated at Plot No. 78/3, Chowk, Allahabad, bounded as under:

  • North: Public Road
  • South: Property of Mr. Pankaj Singh
  • East: Open Land
  • West: House of Mr. Anil Mishra

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have signed this Deed of Gift on the day and year first above written.
