THIS AGREEMENT OF GIFT is entered into on this 15th day of June 2025 between Mrs. Sunita Sharma, W/o Rajesh Sharma, R/o LandMark Consultancy Services, Lendi Baugh Complex, Near Sub-Registrar Office, Kurnool – 518 003, (hereafter called the Donor) and Mrs. Meera Kapoor, D/o Arjun Kapoor, R/o 45 Rose Avenue, Delhi, Managing Director of Helping Hands Charitable Trust (hereafter called the Donee), maintaining and running Helping Hands Public Library in Delhi and providing free reading facilities to all citizens of Delhi City.
WHEREAS upon the donee’s request, the Donor has agreed to donate to the aforesaid Trust her private library, maintained by her at 123 Green Park, Delhi along with all her books and other reading materials (duly catalogued in the Schedule at the end of this deed) contained in the Library and all tenements, lands, hereditaments, and premises at 123 Green Park, Delhi aforesaid for the purpose of providing free reading facilities to the citizens of Delhi City.
THE DEED OF GIFT WITNESSES AS FOLLOWS:
- That in pursuance of the aforesaid agreement and in consideration of the purpose of providing free reading facilities to the citizens of Delhi, the Donor does hereby give, transfer and convey all tenements, lands, hereditaments, premises, books and other reading materials constituting the Donor’s library at 123 Green Park, Delhi to the Donee, valued at present at Rs. 5,00,000 (Five Lakhs) to HOLD the said library unto the said Donee or her successors in office absolutely and forever.
- That the Donee hereby accepts the gift and promises that the said library shall be the trust property and shall be utilized by her and her successors in office for the purpose for which it has been donated.
