I, Mr. Harish Chandra Verma, S/o Late Shri Ram Prasad Verma, R/o 45, Shanti Nagar, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, do hereby voluntarily and out of natural love and affection gift a sum of ₹2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs only) to my grand-daughter, Miss Kavya Verma, aged about 18 years, on the auspicious occasion of her marriage with Mr. Arjun Mishra, S/o Shri Suresh Mishra, R/o 17, Ashok Vihar, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.
This amount is being gifted without any coercion, compulsion, or undue influence, and from my own personal funds. The said gift is irrevocable and has been accepted by the donee for her personal use and benefit in relation to the marriage.
