LET IT BE KNOWN TO ALL MEN that I, Mr. Mahesh Prasad, S/o Shri Shyam Prasad, R/o 123, Gandhi Nagar, Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh (hereinafter called “the Donor”), being the owner in possession of land described in the Schedule annexed herewith, and intending to construct and start a hospital in Allahabad for providing free medical facilities to the poor inhabitants of Allahabad and nearby rural areas, desire to donate the aforesaid land to Mr. Rajesh Prasad, S/o Mr. Mahesh Prasad, R/o 123, Gandhi Nagar, Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh (hereinafter called “the Donee”).
BOTH THE DONOR AND DONEE HEREBY AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:
- That the Donor does hereby and hereunder of his free will, without any force, compulsion, or undue influence, give, grant, convey, and assign the entire land (described in the Schedule) unto and to the use of the Donee and his successors and heirs for the purpose of constructing the said hospital. To have and to hold the same so long as it is utilized for the purpose for which it has been donated.
- That the Donee hereby accepts the gift made hereinbefore solely and exclusively for the purpose of constructing and running the hospital, and subject to the conditions hereinbefore stated.
- That it is also agreed between the parties that if the land so gifted is not utilized for the intended purpose within three (3) years from the date of execution of this deed of gift, or if the hospital is demolished, shifted, or merged with another institution, this deed of gift shall stand automatically revoked, and the land, along with all buildings or structures thereon, shall revert back to the Donor or his heirs/successors, and shall become part of his former estate as if this gift was never made.
- That the parties further agree that if the land so gifted is ever required by the Government, the Donee and his successors shall be entitled to the compensation and the same shall be reinvested in the purchase of alternate land and hospital construction at another location.
- That the estimated value of the land so gifted is Rs. 18,00,000/- (Rupees Eighteen Lakhs Only).

- Description of Property: Plot No. 21, Survey No. 78/3, measuring 10,000 sq. ft., situated at Katra Road, Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh, within the jurisdiction of Allahabad Municipal Corporation, suitable for hospital construction.
