THIS AGREEMENT OF GIFT is entered into on this 10th day of June 2025, between Mr. Rajesh Kumar, S/o Late Shri Mohan Kumar, R/o LandMark Consultancy Services, Lendi Baugh Complex, Near Sub-Registrar Office, Kurnool – 518 003, (hereinafter referred to as the “Donor”), and Dr. Anil Verma, S/o Shri Ramesh Verma, R/o 56 Sunrise Colony, Jaipur, Rajasthan, a medical practitioner (hereinafter referred to as the “Donee”).
WHEREAS, the Donee is running a charitable private nursing home known as “Verma Health Care Centre” at Sector 8, Jaipur, providing free and subsidized medical treatment to members of the Scheduled Castes and other underprivileged communities.
WHEREAS, upon the Donee’s request, the Donor has agreed to transfer a piece of land for the purpose of constructing a 100-bed charitable hospital annexe, adjoining the existing premises, without any monetary consideration.
NOW THIS DEED WITNESSETH AS FOLLOWS:
- That in furtherance of the intention to donate the below-described plot and in consideration of the charitable purpose stated, the Donor hereby transfers, gives, and conveys the said plot to the Donee, which is valued at present at Rs. 40,00,000 (Rupees Forty Lakhs only), to hold the same unto the Donee or his successors, as long as it is used for the said charitable healthcare purpose.
- That the Donee hereby accepts the said gift subject to the condition that if the said property is ever used for any purpose other than the one mentioned above, or if the hospital ceases to provide charitable services, the land shall revert to the Donor or his legal heirs.
