No. 20/2025, and grant a further period of 15 days to comply with the said conditional order. The petitioner prays for such other orders as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances and in the interest of justice.

I, Mr. Arjun Kumar, S/o Mr. Ramesh Kumar, Hindu, aged about 35 years, Businessman, residing at 123, Green Park, New Delhi, do hereby solemnly affirm and state as follows:

  1. I am the plaintiff in the suit and the petitioner herein. I am fully acquainted with the facts and circumstances of the case.
  2. I have filed this suit seeking permanent injunction and other reliefs. Subsequently, I prayed for a declaration that I am the absolute owner of the suit schedule property, and accordingly, the plaint was amended.
  3. The Hon’ble Court was pleased to pass a conditional order directing me to pay the deficit court fee for the relief of declaration on or before 25th May 2025.
  4. I respectfully state that I have been suffering from typhoid fever and due to my medical condition, I was unable to arrange the necessary funds to pay the deficit court fee within the time granted.
  5. Therefore, I pray that this Hon’ble Court may kindly extend the conditional order for a further period of 15 days to enable me to pay the court fee as directed.
  6. Otherwise, I will be put to irreparable loss and hardship.
