The petitioner respectfully submits that, for the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant a further period of 15 days to enable the petitioner to pay the deficit court fee, and enlarge the time granted under the conditional order dated 20th May 2025, and to pass such other orders as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice.

I, Mr. Arjun Kumar, S/o Mr. Ramesh Kumar, Hindu, aged about 35 years, Businessman, residing at 123, Green Park, New Delhi, do hereby solemnly affirm and state as follows:

  1. I am the plaintiff in the above suit and the petitioner herein. I am fully conversant with the facts of the case.
  2. I have filed the suit for declaration of title and other consequential reliefs. The Hon’ble Court was pleased to grant time up to 5th June 2025 to enable me to pay the deficit court fee required for the said reliefs.
  3. Unfortunately, I have been suffering from Typhoid fever for the past several days and was unable to arrange the required amount in time due to my medical condition. I am now recovering and making the necessary arrangements to pay the court fee.
  4. In light of the above, I most respectfully pray that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to grant an additional period of 15 days to deposit the deficit court fee, failing which I will suffer serious and irreparable loss.
