I, Arjun Kumar, S/o Ramesh Kumar, Hindu, aged about 35 years, Occupation: Businessman, residing at 123, Green Park, New Delhi, do hereby solemnly affirm and state on oath as follows:

  1. I am the plaintiff in the suit and the petitioner herein. I am well acquainted with the facts of the case.
  2. I respectfully submit that the Hon’ble Court has already pronounced judgment in the above suit. The defendant/respondent has not preferred any appeal, and the judgment and decree have become final.
  3. The documents marked as Exhibits A1 to A10, which were filed by me during the course of the proceedings, are now required for my personal reference and record.
  4. I hereby undertake that I will produce the said documents before this Hon’ble Court as and when directed.
  5. Hence, I humbly pray that the Hon’ble Court may be pleased to order the return of the said documents marked as Ex. A1 to A10.

Otherwise, I will be put to irreparable loss and hardship.
