I, Arjun Kumar, S/o Ramesh Kumar, Hindu, aged about 35 years, Occupation: Businessman, R/o 123, Green Park, New Delhi, do hereby solemnly affirm and state on oath as follows:
- I am the plaintiff in the suit and the petitioner herein, and I am well acquainted with the facts of the case.
- The documents now being filed are essential for proving my case. Previously, these documents were inadvertently misplaced among other personal and business records, and as a result, I was unable to file them in time.
- There is no intentional delay or negligence on my part. The delay is purely unintentional and caused due to unavoidable circumstances.
- I therefore pray that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to grant leave to file the said documents and receive the same on record by condoning the delay.
- Else, I will be put to irreparable loss and prejudice.
