  • Pass such other orders as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice.

Affidavit

I, Neha Sharma, D/o Rajesh Sharma, Hindu, aged about 33 years, Businesswoman, residing at H.No. 45, South Extension, New Delhi, do hereby solemnly affirm and state as follows:

  1. I am the Decree Holder in the above E.P. and petitioner herein. I am well acquainted with the facts of the case.
  2. I have filed E.P. No. 30/2025 for the sale of the E.P. schedule immovable property belonging to the Judgment Debtor, which is posted for auction on 10th June 2025.
  3. I submit that I am interested in participating in the auction as a bidder along with others. There is no legal bar under Order 21 Rule 72(1) of CPC for the decree holder to bid, provided prior permission of the Court is obtained.
  4. I further submit that my participation will not prejudice the rights of the Judgment Debtor, and the auction process will remain fair and competitive.
  5. I therefore pray that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to grant permission to participate in the auction scheduled under the said Execution Petition.

PRAYER

In view of the above, I respectfully pray that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to:

  • Permit me, the Decree Holder, to participate in the auction scheduled in E.P. No. 30/2025,
  • Pass any such other relief deemed fit in the interest of justice.
