For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the petitioner prays that the Hon’ble Court may be pleased to grant permission to pay the decretal amount in monthly installments of ₹1,000/- per month, and to pass such other orders as the Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances and in the interest of justice.

I, Neha Sharma, D/o Ramesh Kumar, Religion: Hindu, aged about 35 years, Occupation: Businesswoman, R/o 123, Green Park, New Delhi, do hereby solemnly affirm and state on oath as follows:
- I am the defendant in the suit and the petitioner herein, and I am well acquainted with the facts of the case.
- The Hon’ble Court has passed a decree in favour of the respondent/plaintiff directing me to pay the decretal amount with interest.
- I am liable to pay approximately ₹25,000/- to the plaintiff towards decretal amount, interest, and costs as per the decree.
- I run a small sundry shop and support my family with the limited income generated from the shop. I do not have any other income or property.
- Despite facing financial hardships, I am willing and committed to discharging the decretal amount sincerely.
Hence, I therefore pray that the Hon’ble Court may be pleased to grant me permission to pay the decretal amount in monthly installments of ₹1,000/-.
Else, I will be put to irreparable loss.
