For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the petitioner prays that the Hon’ble court may be pleased to summon the Mandal Surveyor, Guntur, to give evidence as a witness on behalf of the petitioner in pursuance of his report filed in the suit and to pass such other orders as the Hon’ble court deems fit and proper in the circumstances and in the interest of justice.

I, Arjun Kumar, S/o Ramesh Kumar, Hindu, aged about 35 years, Businessman, R/o 123, Green Park, New Delhi, do hereby solemnly affirm and state on oath as follows:

  1. I am the plaintiff in the suit and petitioner herein, and I am well acquainted with the facts of the case.
  2. I filed the suit for permanent injunction and other reliefs, restraining the respondent/defendant and her men from interfering with my peaceful possession and enjoyment of the plaint schedule property. I have also filed an application to appoint an advocate commissioner to measure the land with the help of Mandal Surveyor, Guntur. The Advocate Commissioner filed his report with the help of the Mandal Surveyor.
  3. To prove the measurements mentioned in the plan prepared by the Mandal Surveyor, and other features, the evidence of the Mandal Surveyor is necessary.
  4. Hence, I therefore pray that the Hon’ble court may be pleased to summon Mandal Surveyor, Guntur, to give evidence on my behalf. Otherwise, I will be put to irreparable loss.
