SALE-DEED EXECUTED BY SEVERAL JOINT OWNERS

THIS SALE DEED is executed on this 15th day of June, 2025 at Kurnool, by and between:

Sri Rajeev Varma, S/o Late Pratap Varma, R/o H.No. 5-8-12, Malkajgiri, Hyderabad – 500047
Sri Anand Babu, S/o K. Srinivasulu, R/o LandMark Consultancy Services, Lendi Baugh Complex, Near Sub-Registrar Office, Kurnool – 518003
Sri Suresh Kumar, S/o V. Narasimha Rao, R/o 12-3-678, Ashok Nagar, Kurnool – 518003
(hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Vendors”)

AND

Sri Ravi Teja, S/o M. Prakash Rao, R/o Plot No. 27, Ashok Nagar Extension, Kurnool – 518003
(hereinafter referred to as the “Purchaser”)

THIS DEED WITNESSETH AS FOLLOWS:

That the Vendors are co-owners in equal shares of Plot No. 45, situated at Ashok Nagar Extension, Kurnool – 518003, bounded as follows:

  • East: Municipal Road (30 ft wide)
  • West: Plot No. 44 (Sri Ramesh Kumar)
  • South: Plot No. 46 (Vacant Land)
  • North: Open Land of Kurnool Municipality

That the Vendors have mutually agreed to sell the said plot for a total sale consideration of Rs. 18,00,000/- (Rupees Eighteen Lakhs only), and the Purchaser has agreed to purchase the said plot at the agreed consideration.

That in pursuance of the said agreement and for a sale consideration of Rs. 18,00,000/- (Rupees Eighteen Lakhs only) paid by the Purchaser to the Vendors (the receipt of which the Vendors hereby acknowledge), each Vendor, in respect of his individual share or interest in the said property, hereby transfers and conveys the same by way of sale to the Purchaser, to hold absolutely and forever.

That the Vendors, each so far as relates to his own share or interest in the said property, shall be jointly and severally liable to the Purchaser for all breaches of the implied covenants of this sale, to the extent of one third of any damages arising thereof.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have signed this Sale Deed on the day, month, and year first above written.
