SALE DEED FORMAT

THIS DEED OF SALE is made on this 3rd day of June 2025

BETWEEN

Shri Naseeruddin Khan, S/o Late Shri Moinuddin Khan, R/o House No. 42/3, G.T.B. Nagar, Kareli, Allahabad – 211016, hereinafter called the ‘VENDOR’ which term shall mean and include his heirs, successors, legal representatives and assignees.

AND

Smt. Shaista Parveen, W/o Shri Syed Haider Abbas, R/o LandMark Consultancy Services, Lendi Baugh Complex, Near Sub-Registrar Office, Kurnool – 518003, hereinafter called the ‘VENDEE’ which term shall mean and include her heirs, successors, legal representatives and assignees.

WHEREAS:

  1. The Vendor has purchased part of House No. 1068, all bearing Municipal No. Old 317, New 1068, Mohalla G.T.B. Nagar, Distt. Allahabad, measuring 540.67 Sq. Mtrs. in the shape of open land through Registered Sale Deed dated 12th January 1987 from Shri Saeed Hussain and Shri Murtaza Hussain, both S/o Late Shri Fakhruddin Hussain, R/o House No. 1057, Kareli, Allahabad, which sale deed has been registered in Bahi No. 1, Khand No. 2, on Pages 20 to 27, at Sl. No. 1243, dated 12.01.1987, in the office of Sub-Registrar Allahabad, Distt. Allahabad.
  2. After purchasing the above-mentioned property, the Vendor became the absolute owner and is in possession of the same and has full right of disposal of the said property.
  3. The Vendor, being in need of money for his personal requirements, decided to sell the said property. On knowing the Vendor’s intention, the Vendee offered to purchase the said property for a part portion of the house for a sale consideration of ₹65,00,000/-. The Vendor, finding the offer most reasonable and according to prevailing market prices, agreed.
  4. Now it is necessary to execute the Sale Deed in favour of the Vendee.
