THIS DEED of Sale made at Allahabad this 3rd day of June 2025 between Mr. Naseeruddin Khan, son of Late Shri Moinuddin Khan, resident of House No. 42/3, G.T.B. Nagar, Kareli, Allahabad – 211016 (hereinafter referred to as the Vendor) of the ONE PART, and:
- Mr. Arif Hussain, son of Mr. Saeed Hussain, resident of B-57, G.T.B. Nagar, Kareli, Allahabad – 211016
- Mr. Faisal Ahmad, son of Mr. Nafees Ahmad, resident of B-12, G.T.B. Nagar, Kareli, Allahabad – 211016
- Mr. Imran Raza, son of Mr. Zahid Raza, resident of C-21, G.T.B. Nagar, Kareli, Allahabad – 211016
(hereinafter collectively referred to as the Purchasers) of the OTHER PART.
THIS DEED WITNESSETH AS FOLLOWS:
In consideration of a total sum of ₹65,00,000 (Rupees Sixty-Five Lakhs only) paid to the Vendor by the Purchasers in equal shares (the receipt whereof the Vendor hereby acknowledges), the Vendor hereby grants, conveys, transfers, and sells to the Purchasers all that property described in the Schedule hereto, to have and to hold the same unto the Purchasers as absolute owners in equal one-third shares each, free from all encumbrances or charges.
AND THE VENDOR COVENANTS With the Purchasers that they may at all times hereafter possess and enjoy the said property hereby conveyed, transferred, and sold to them without any obstruction, interference, or hindrance by or on behalf of the Vendor or any person or persons claiming under or through him.
AND THE VENDOR FURTHER AGREES That at any time hereafter, at the request and cost of the Purchasers, he shall do and execute all such acts, deeds, and assurances as may be reasonably required to effectively transfer and assure the said property to the Purchasers.
