THE PRESENT DEED OF ENDORSEMENT is made on this 2nd day of June 2025 by:
Sri Naseeruddin Khan, S/o Late Shri Moinuddin Khan, residing at House No. 42/3, G.T.B. Nagar, Kareli, Allahabad – 211016 (hereinafter called the Vendor),
IN FAVOUR OF
Dr. Syed Haider Abbas, S/o Shri Syed Raza Abbas, Secretary/Manager, Unity Public School, Imamia Educational Society (Regd.), having its office at LandMark Consultancy Services, Lendi Baugh Complex, Near Sub-Registrar Office, Kurnool – 518003 (hereinafter called the Purchaser).
THE PRESENT DEED WITNESSETH AS FOLLOWS:
- Both the Vendor and Purchaser had agreed for the sale and purchase of the entire property situated at G.T.B. Nagar, Kareli, Allahabad – 211016, owned and possessed by the Vendor vide Sale Deed dated 1st June 2025.
- That a small portion of land, lying vacant on the north side of the property sold vide the said Sale Deed dated 1st June 2025, was inadvertently omitted from the description in the aforesaid Sale Deed.
- That the aforesaid small portion of land has now been precisely described and detailed in the Schedule hereto.
- That the Purchaser has paid the entire sale consideration to the Vendor in respect of the entire property, including the aforesaid small portion of land, and the requisite stamp duty was also paid accordingly.
- That to rectify the aforesaid inadvertent omission, the Vendor has agreed to execute this confirmation by way of an endorsement on the original Sale Deed dated 1st June 2025.
- That in accordance with the said agreement and in consideration of the price already paid to the Vendor, the Vendor, Sri Naseeruddin Khan, does hereby declare that he has transferred by way of Sale Deed dated 1st June 2025, the property described in the Schedule below unto the Purchaser to hold the same absolutely and forever.

- Area: 120 Sq. Meters

- North-South: 20 Ft.
- East-West: 60 Ft.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Vendor, Sri Naseeruddin Khan, has signed this Deed on the day, month, and year first above written.
